Two exciting craft events will be happening at the Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County.
Adults can attend both or either of the free classes on Thursday, March 13 in the Multipurpose Room.
In the workshop Sewing with Lisa (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.) participants can make pot covers, lampshade covers, and waste basket covers, with all supplies provided. This event is open to the public, but registration is required. Stop by the Circulation Desk or call 740-392-2665 ext. 8236, to register.
Later that day, join other participants for Adult Craft Night from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This evening's project will be Perler Bead Art, where you can create pixel-style art with Perler beads and enjoy multiplayer retro video games. All materials will be provided, and this program is open to adults aged 18 and above. No registration is necessary, so feel free to drop in and join the fun.
