Bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Centerburg Local Schools, 119 South Preston Street, Centerburg, Ohio 43011, as provided in this notice for the Asphalt Improvements. A PreBid Meeting shall take place on December 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Centerburg Local Schools, 119 South Preston Street, Centerburg, Ohio 43011. Entry to the project site will be limited to this scheduled time unless approval is given by the Owner.
Bids shall be submitted per the Instructions to Bidders, addressed to Centerburg Local Schools, 119 South Preston Street, Centerburg, Ohio 43011 and plainly marked on outside Asphalt Improvements. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
The estimated cost of Construction Work is $446,400.00.
