The Utica girls basketball team posted a season-high 55 points to defeat Watkins Memorial 55-49 on Tuesday night, improving to 3-2 overall and 2-1 in conference play.

Led by standout performances from Callie Baker and Emily Ritzer, the Redskins built a comfortable lead and held off a late charge from the Warriors. Baker finished with 15 points, while Ritzer dominated the boards with 17 points and 21 rebounds. Abby Dickson contributed with 6 assists in the win.

The victory marks an important bounce-back for the Redskins, who were coming off a tough loss in their previous game. The 55-point effort sets a new scoring benchmark for the season under head coach Terry Logue.
