Johnstown's Justin Franklin runs the ball down the field against Northridge defense | Scott Hennen

The Northridge Vikings suffered a sweeping loss to their cross-town rival Johnstown this past Friday night, losing 28-0.

Not much went good for the Vikings in this game as they only managed to put up 105 yards on total offense on the night.

Johnstown stuck to their identity, running the ball. With their smash mouth play,  they managed to run the ball for 370 yards against the Northridge defense, who just seemed to have no answers.

Northridge is now 4-3 on the year, which keeps them on the winning side of the record, and will travel to face the Utica Redskins this Friday who sit with a 3-4 losing record.
