The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) welcomes proposals from restaurateurs interested in taking over operations at the Tappan Lake Marina restaurant. The invitation comes as part of MWCD's ongoing commitment to enhancing visitor experiences across its marinas, lakes and parks and partnering with area small business owners to create jobs and economic growth.

"I am thrilled to invite innovative restaurateurs to join us in this endeavor at Tappan Lake Marina," MWCD Executive Director Craig Butler said. "It’s a beautiful setting, with high-quality facilities and a strong customer base. We look forward to partnering with a team that shares our commitment to enjoyable dining experiences in harmony with nature that support an overall high-quality visitor experience. I also would like to wish Matt Donohoe and Shari Lewis, owners of Waters Edge Kitchen + Bar, the best as they prioritize family and the Dennison Yard.”

  • A spacious 2,693 square foot dining area with seating for 145, including a casual bar area.
  • An inviting 1,625 square foot outside deck dining area, offering seating for 109—perfect for al fresco dining against the backdrop of Tappan Lake's natural beauty.
