Levi D. Cunningham, 39, of Mount Vernon passed away on July 23, 2023, at Kobacker House in Columbus, OH. He was born on April 2, 1984, to Brad Cunningham and Jennifer (Wyant) Fox in Mount Vernon, OH.

Levi was a member of the Green Valley United Methodist Church, but also attended the First Baptist Church in Fredericktown, OH. Levi enjoyed fishing, going on nature walks and just being outdoors. He was a 2002 Fredericktown High School graduate. Levi was a hard worker and was proud of a job well done.

Levi is survived by his wife Jessica (Green) Cunningham of Mount Vernon, OH; children Haylee Cunningham and Wyatt Cunningham both of Fredericktown; parents Jennifer (Andy) Fox of Fredericktown, OH and Brad (Delaine Haywood) Cunningham of Howard, OH; siblings Courtney (John) Sloan of Gambier, OH, Kaelyn Fox of Fredericktown, OH and Colton Cunningham of Albany, GA; maternal grandparents David and Patricia Wyant of Mount Vernon, OH; paternal grandparents Jack (Angela) Cunningham of Clarksville, AR and Susan Cunningham of Fredericktown, OH; he is also remembered by step-children, aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
