Sue Catherine Drabick Clemente 86 of Mount Vernon passed away on Thursday morning, September 14, 2023 at the Laurels of Mount Vernon.

She was born on April 10, 1937 in Mount Vernon to the late John J. Drabick and Margaret Blanchard Frey. Sue was a 1955 graduate of Mount Vernon High School.

Sue retired from Barnett Bank in Florida. She loved spending time with her family in Massachusetts and visiting her grandchildren. She enjoyed going for walks, reading, playing golf, knitting and crocheting. The one thing she enjoyed the most was going to the beach.

Sue is survived by her daughter, Andrea (Bradley Robert) Toothman; grandchildren, Tyler Joseph Toothman, Olivia Margaret Toothman; her sisters, Barb Coe and Rene Hutchinson;

And several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Drabick.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the caregivers and medical staff at the Laurels of Mount Vernon and Gentiva Hospice.

A graveside service was be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 10 a.m. in Mound View Cemetery.
