Obituaries: Terry Q. Hague | Snyder Funeral Homes

Terry Quaye Hague, 50, of Fredericktown passed away on Thursday afternoon, October 12, 2023 at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville after having a cardiac arrest. He was born on October 31, 1972 in Zanesville, Ohio

Terry graduated in 1991 from Shenandoah High School in Sarahsville, Ohio. On June 11, 1994 he married Teresa Ann Mays and together they have four wonderful children, Jenna (Adam) Crane of Mount Vernon, Zoe Hague, Zack Hague and Randy Hague all of the home, as well as a grandson, Luke Edward Crane. His kids and grandson were the light of his life. Terry enjoyed coaching his son’s little league baseball teams. His love was of sports overall. He was an avid football, baseball and NASCAR fan and rooted for the Ohio State Buckeyes, Washington Redskins, Cleveland Indians and Denny Hamlin. He loved to fish, camp, hunt, and to spend time with family, traveling and going out to eat, playing with his grandson and thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Holiday.

Terry is preceded in death by his adoptive parents, Robert and Ruth Hague.

Terry is also survived by sisters, Debbie Foraker of Caldwell and Carla Baker of Caldwell; brother, Brett Baker of Sarahsville; his mother-in-law, Patty Hauger of Mount Vernon; father-in-law, Thomas (Carolyn) Mays of McConnelsville; sisters-in-law, Allison Wilson of Dayton, Evelyn (James) Borders of Mount Vernon; and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins on all sides of the family.

Terry was fortunate enough to be in contact with his birth family and is survived by his birth mother, Brenda Pryor of Caldwell and siblings, Stacy (Erin) Huffman of McConnelsville, Stephanie (Chris) Danford of Caldwell, Jennifer Johnson of Caldwell, Mancel Ray II of Caldwell and Bambi (Steven) Conquest of Fulda.

The family was received friends from 11 a.m. until the time of a funeral service celebrating the life of Terry at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the Snyder Funeral Home, Fredericktown Chapel, 33 East College St., Fredericktown. Burial was followed in Forest Cemetery.
