On October 4th 2023 at approximately 2:11 P.M, I located a female with a warrant on the west side of the river near Riverside Park.

On 10/04/2023 I responded to Howard Street in reference to a 911 hang-up. I arrived on scene and spoke with a female who reported a domestic between her and her husband. Andrew Ellis was subsequently arrested and charged with Domestic Violence, Assault, Violating a Protection Order, Obstructing Official Business and Disrupting Public Services.

On 10/05/2023 I responded to Columbus Road in reference to a stolen vehicle complaint. The complainant stated her vehicle was parked at pump 5, she went into the store and came out to noticed her vehicle missing. The vehicle was running and the windows were down. There is a Harley Davidson and Rustic Knolls sticker on the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into LEADS as stolen.

On October 5, 2023 at approximately 6:34 A.M., I responded to the intersection of North Center Street and Coshocton Avenue for a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, I located an abandoned vehicle illegally parked in the street. The vehicle was towed.

Disturbance

On October 6, 2023 at 7:27 AM, I was dispatched to Knox Community Hospital at 1330 Coshocton Avenue for a female exposing herself in the cafeteria.

Brandi Coe was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail for public indecency where she was left in their custody and care.

Domestic Violence

On 10/8/2023 at approximately 4:21 AM, Ptl. Cerny and I responded to 210 Ridgewood Avenue on a report of a 911 hang up. It was found that a domestic violence incident occurred at this residence. One male was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail.
