We are honoring and paying tribute to our local fallen Vietnam heroes.

Banners in their honor have been made. The banners will be displayed in downtown Mount Vernon for a month, encompassing both Veterans Day (November 11") and Memorial Day (May 30*). Please, come and see the faces of these brave young men.

To support and touch the lives of the fallen families, please take pen to paper and write a short message, full of love and comforting words, from the heart. Rejoice with the families, for their brother is in glorious Heaven! There is a bound booklet being prepared for all your messages, for each family that will provide them with much comfort and peace.

No matter how long and hard we pray to God, we can't change yesterday. Today is already out of control. We can change tomorrow for the families who lost a loved one in Vietnam.
