Cheri L. Shutt, whose last known address was 5799 North Main Street, Mount Gilead, Ohio 43338, and whose current address is unknown, shall take notice that on the 3rd day of January 2023, Clypso R. Shutt (the moving party) has filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Knox County Court of Common Pleas, 111 East High Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 on January 3, 2023, being Case No 23DV01-0001.
The Complaint alleges the following grounds: incompatibility, living separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for one year, and being willfully absent for one year.
Plaintiff is requesting an equitable division of marital assets and debts between the parties. Plaintiff may be requesting to be restored to a former name.
Cheri L. Shutt is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the publication.
Said Complaint will be set for hearing before the Common Pleas Court on or after twenty-eight (28) days after the date of last publication. You may lose valuable rights if you fail to appear for any hearing in the case.
