MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found 12 guilty after arraignments and hearings were held in the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on June 16.

Samantha Cunningham, 30, Mount Vernon, possessing criminal tools, 90 days in jail with credit for time served.  

Dylan King, 21, Mount Vernon, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, $50 fine.

Andrew Wingert, 50, Centerburg, failing to confine his dog with subsequent offenses, $200 fine.  

Mary Balcom, 31, Mount Vernon, failure to register a dog and a dog kennel, $15 fine.  

Patrick Riley, 40, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt, $30 fine.    

Mysaiah Bray, 37, Mount Vernon, three cases of driving under suspension and one case of speeding, $250 fine in each case.

TD Robison, 80, Fredericktown, driving left of center, $25 fine.

Allison Workman, 18, Fredericktown, speeding, $35 fine.

Isaul Flores, 22, Columbus, driving without a license, $200 fine.  

Gabrielle Altman, 26, Mount Vernon, driving with expired plates, $25 fine.

Terry Jacobs, 20, Howard, assured clear distance ahead and distracted driving, $150 fine.

Wade Wolf, 48, Mount Vernon, driving a vehicle without a seatbelt, $30 fine.
