MARIETTA – Peoples Bank was named one of the 2023 Best Employers in Ohio. Best Companies Group created the annual list of the Best Employers in Ohio in partnership with Crain’s Cleveland Business and Crain’s Content Studio-Cleveland.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor Ohio's best places of employment, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. The 2023 Best Employers in Ohio list is made up of 60 companies.
Companies had to participate in a two-part survey process to be considered for Best Employers in Ohio. The first part evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
