Knox County Parks District to hold Trails and Treats

The Knox County Park District on Saturday, Oct. 29, at Wolf Run Regional Park, 17621 Yauger Road, Mount Vernon, will stage Parks, Trails and Treats.

This event, from 1-5 p.m., features a shuttle ride through the park to the pond to enjoy a performance by musician/songwriter/singer Barefoot McCoy. He will perform during the 1-3 p.m. hours.

Grindhouse Barbeque will be providing a selection of food for the event. Prizes will be given to the first 100 people, with a limit of one per family. Autumn is an enjoyable season to hike trails.
