LEGAL NOTICE
Bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Mount Vernon City Schools, as provided in this notice for the New Health Center. Copies of drawings and specifications may be obtained from DC Reprographics; 1254 Courtland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201; 614-297-1200; www.dcplanroom.com.
A PreBid Meeting shall take place on September 13, 2022 at 10:00 am at Mount Vernon High School (South Entrance). Entry to the project site will be limited to this scheduled time unless approved is given by Owner.
Bids shall be submitted per the Instructions to Bidders, addressed to Mount Vernon City Schools, 300 Newark Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050-4510 and plainly marked on outside New Health Center, Mount Vernon High School, 300 Yellow Jacket Drive, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. on September 27, 2022.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
The Project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and the Contractor and subcontractor will be required to pay federal prevailing wages.
