MOUNT VERNON - Judge John Thatcher found twelve guilty after arraignments and hearings were held in the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on Feb. 22.
Sierra Colucci, 28, Howard, possession of marijuana, $50 fine.
Kayla Doup, 33, Butler, improper display of her license plate, $10 fine.
Laura Holler, 39, Mount Vernon, speeding in a school zone, $100 fine.
Rachel Hays, 39, Mount Vernon, driving under suspension, $200 fine.
Kaitlyn Meadway, 29, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle without a valid operator's license, $200 fine.
Nolan Meier, 20, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with a BAC above .170, $500 fine, 180 days in jail, with 174 days suspended, two years of community control and must attend and complete a 72-driver intervention program, and suspended operator's license; and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, $25 fine.
Mark Hauger, 33, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with a BAC between .08 and .169, $500 fine, 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, two years of community control and must attend and complete a 72-driver intervention program, and suspended operator's license for one year; and not having a taillight.
Bryan Detro, 39, St. Louisville, possession of drug paraphernalia, five days in jail.
Jesse Martin, 46, Mount Vernon, violating a protection order, 175 days in jail.
Destiny Stone, 28, Mount Vernon, possession of drug abuse instruments, 90 days in jail, with 60 days suspended, and one year probation.
John Wells, 34, Mount Vernon, failing to Reinstate his Operator's License. The Court sentenced him to serve three days in jail.
