FREDERICKTOWN – Karla J. Fabrizio, 58, of Fredericktown passed away on Sunday morning, Feb. 20, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Columbus on July 29, 1963, to the late Carl and Charlene (Goode) Martin.
Karla worked for the Richland County Health Department for over 19 years. She enjoyed bingo, going to auctions and thrift stores, gardening and playing board games with her family.
Karla is survived by her daughter, Syllena Landis of Chesterville; son, Ryan (Angel) Fabrizio of Lago Vista, Texas; daughter-in-law, Jessica Fabrizio of Amity; grandchildren, Kayla, Haylie, Curtis, Arionna, Lilly, Madison, Trentin, Brock and Isaiah; her former husband, Scott Fabrizio of Mount Vernon; sisters, Diane of Newark and Tammy of New Orleans, La.; several nieces and nephews; and her canine and feline companions.
Karla was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jesse Fabrizio.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of a funeral service celebrating the life of Karla at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022, at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Fredericktown Chapel, 33 East College St., Fredericktown, with Celebrant Dave Roberts officiating. A private burial will be held at a later date in Forest Cemetery.
