MOUNT VERNON – Dylan J. “Dee J” Arms, 24, of Mount Vernon passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021, at his home.

He was born on March 26, 1997, in Mount Vernon to Lester Arms and Dawna (Brown) Kloh. Dylan was employed at Walmart in the deli and bakery. He enjoyed rapping and rap music, playing video games, watching mixed martial arts, the Cleveland Browns and L.A. Clippers. But most of all, he loved the time he spent hanging out with family and his friends.

He is survived by his mother, Dawna (Dan) Kloh; his father, Lester (Angie Everhart) Arms; his brother, Jordan “Jordy” Willits; his sister, Shawntaya (Michael Springston) Brown; step-brother, Draven Kloh; step-sisters, Katerina Grubaugh, Harley Grubaugh and Stevie Kloh; his maternal grandmother, Dee Bell Thompson; maternal grandfather, Larry Brown; his paternal grandmother, Josephine Arms; his niece, Audrey Brown; his nephew, Jace Loman; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; his best friend and brother, Micah Peters; and his feline companion, Mouse.

Dylan was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Tommy Thompson.

Friends may call on Thursday, Sept. 9, from 4-6 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home. A service will follow, beginning at 6 p.m., with Mr. Herbert Springston officiating.
