COLUMBUS – ContactUS Communications, a leader in outsourced customer experience management, announced it will expand its Mount Vernon employee base with the addition of one new client and expansion of two existing clients, creating over 200 full- and part-time jobs in the Mount Vernon area.

To support the expansion of this new client, a financial services company, ContactUS employees will provide service to customers inquiring about banking products and related online activities. Applicants should possess basic computer skills and great typing speed and have customer-oriented career experience.
“All new hires in Mount Vernon must be able to train onsite for a minimum of five weeks before they are able to work from home,” said Jim Phillips, vice president of human relations/talent acquisition. The company is hiring for a variety of positions with pay starting at $12 up to $19 an hour, depending upon past experience and the position an applicant was hired for.
“We have already experienced an influx of applicants for these new positions,” said Phillips. “Interested candidates can apply online and will then complete a skill set assessment, typing test and interviews. Training has already begun, and additional training classes are scheduled through the end of September.
ContactUS currently operates in 12 states with a mix of onsite and work at home positions.
