FREDERICKTOWN – Ronald L. Boner, 90, of Uniontown, formerly of Fredericktown, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 19, 2021, at Mercy Medical Center in Canton. He was born on April 12, 1931, in Morrow County, Ohio, to the late Wellington and Florence (Mounts) Boner.

Ronald was a member of the Ankenytown Grace Brethren Church, Sportmans Club and Berlin Township Trustees. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, Ohio State football, gardening and cutting wood. Most of all he loved being around his family.

Ronald is survived by his children, Gordon (Marsha) Boner and Debra (Tom) Payne; five grandchildren, Justin Lee Brenner, Robin Gwin, Adam Payne, Natalie Williams and Kyle Byrd; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by his wife of nearly 70 years, Eileen L. Boner; and three brothers, Lowell, Eldon, and Allen Boner.

Friends may call on Tuesday, July 27, at the Snyder Funeral Home in Fredericktown from 12-1 p.m. A funeral service will follow beginning at 1 p.m. with Pastor Gary Kochheiser officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ankenytown Grace Brethren Church.
