MOUNT VERNON – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University competitive cheer team is set to host a cheer clinic inside of Ariel Arena on Saturday, May 8.
The clinic will begin with kindergarten through fifth grade from 9:00–11:30 a.m., followed by sixth- through 12th grade from noon–4:00 p.m.
At the camp, all participants will dance, learn sidelines, jump, tumble and stunt. There is a cost for the camp, and physical distancing will be maintained as much as possible. Masks must be worn when not actively cheering.
As an added bonus, all participants will receive a headband or T-shirt. In order to earn a T-shirt, you must register by April 18.
