MOUNT VERNON – Cindy Clements, 33, of Mount Vernon, passed away peacefully with her parents by her side. She was born on March 16, 1987, in Mount Vernon, to Brady and Teresa (Finch) Clements.
Cindy graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 2004. She was a hard worker, always putting all her effort into whatever her job required. Cindy was always willing to help others. Her latest job was with DMS Recycling LLC. There, she learned to drive a forklift and loved it. Cindy was amazing and beautiful inside and out. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters, Lydia Bean and Abby Woody; her parents; a brother, Chad Clements; grandmother, Mille Clements; aunts, Carla Emmons-Will and Toni Cline; uncle, John Newton; and her best friend, Ashley Dilger.
Cindy was preceded in death by her grandmother, Jan Newton; grandfather, Carroll Clements; aunt, Donna Finch; and niece, Candy Emmons.
Friends and family can call on Thursday, March 18, from 4-7 p.m. at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home, 201 Newark Road, Mount Vernon, OH 43050. A private graveside service will take place at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Riverside Recovery, or volunteer at a homeless shelter or help someone in need.
