FREDERICKTOWN – Sandra “Sandie” K. Lehberger, 58, of Fredericktown, passed away on Tuesday morning, Feb. 23, 2021, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She was born in Denver to Leonard Robinson and Ginger (Quillen) Robinson Kirk.

Sandie retired from the federal government, where she worked as an office manager for several different divisions of the government. She was an accomplished jeweler, known for her beautiful necklaces, earrings, broches and watches. Sandie had a great knowledge of the benefits of essential oils. She had a great love for all things artistic. She was loved by all and commonly known to many as “Mom.” Sandie was Presbyterian by faith.

She is survived by her loving husband, Carl, whom she married on July 20, 1991; her sons, Erik Lehberger and Ryan (Jamie) Lehberger; a stepdaughter, Carla Hamilton; step-granddaughters, Skylar and Kaitlyn Hamilton; her mother, Ginger; her father, Leonard; a sister, Charlene (James) Blankensop; and her brother, Robert (Lauren) Robinson.

The family will have a memorial service celebrating the life of Sandie at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 5, at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home, 201 Newark Road in Mount Vernon. The service will be live on the funeral home’s Facebook page. Masks will be required, and social distance will be observed.
