MOUNT VERNON – Vrable Healthcare Companies, a collection of Ohio-based senior care facilities, has begun a new educational partnership with Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU). 

The health care company’s 500 associates are now eligible for a tuition discount toward MVNU’s online programs. Vrable Healthcare also offers a tuition reimbursement program in support of its associates furthering their education. 

“Vrable Healthcare is very excited to partner with MVNU and provide our staff with opportunity for advanced learning,” Vrable Vice President of Operations Jim Muckle said. “Vrable Healthcare believes that our staff is our most valuable asset. Providing them the ability to grow and advance their career is invaluable.” 

The health care company consists of four senior nursing, rehabilitation and living centers in Ohio: Abbyshire Place in Bidwell, Arlington Court in Columbus, Southern Hills in Cleveland and The GRAND of Dublin. 

“Vrable Healthcare Companies has engaged with MVNU to provide a solid pathway for its associates to take full advantage of the tuition assistance dollars available to them,” MVNU Director of Outreach and Strategic Partnerships Ryan Stagg said. “We are thrilled to be their educational partner and look forward to working closely with them.”
