Flu shots are still available at Knox Public Health. Click here to complete our Flu Shot Form. Completed paperwork can be printed out and brought with you to your appointment. All flu shots are by appointment-only for adults and and children 6 months and older. Call 740-399-8008 to schedule.
Medicaid, Medicare and most forms of insurance will be accepted for payment. Otherwise, the cost is $30 and can be paid in cash or by check (make out to Knox Public Health). Attendees will need to bring ID and a medical/insurance card.
The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) has created a dashboard to expand on the statewide seasonal flu activity that ODH shares each year. The dashboard shows flu trends over time with charts that indicate whether flu hospitalizations or cases of flu-like illnesses are on the rise or declining.
