CENTERBURG – Ralph W. O'Neal Jr., 78, of Centerburg, passed away on Dec. 5, 2020, at home surrounded by his family.
Ralph was an avid gardener who loved his hosta plants. He enjoyed the outdoors with his family.
He is survived by his son, Wayne (Sarah) O'Neal; grandchildren, Michael William and Kristen O'Neal; beloved companion, Jessie; brother, John O'Neal; and sister, Ruth Smith.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph W. and Mae O'Neal Sr.; a sister, Mary Ray; a brother, Harold O'Neal; and an infant twin brother.
Visitation will be held at Centerburg Church of Christ on Wednesday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., followed by a service at 1 p.m. with Roger Crego officiating. Private interment will be in Eastview Cemetery.
