William B. Levering, Jr. has been elected Secretary/Treasurer of the Education Foundation of the Ohio Health Care Association, according to an April 1 announcement from the organization.

The Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) represents more than 1,200 long-term care facilities statewide, including skilled nursing centers, assisted living communities, and organizations providing services for individuals with disabilities. Through its Education Foundation, established in 1987, OHCA supports healthcare professionals by providing scholarships across multiple service disciplines and delivering professional education resources to enhance quality care throughout the industry.

Levering currently serves as Administrator of Country Court Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. In this role, he oversees daily operations and ensures high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services for residents and families in the community.

As Secretary/Treasurer, Levering will guide financial stewardship, scholarship initiatives, and the continued expansion of educational programming that strengthens Ohio’s long-term care workforce. The foundation said Levering brings extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to resident-centered care to his new position.
