The Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU) men's volleyball team secured a victory against Goshen College, improving their record to 5-1 overall and remaining undefeated in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC). The match took place on February 6 in Goshen, Indiana. MVNU started strong by winning the first set 26-24, with crucial kills from Noah Wineberg and Xander Devault. They continued their momentum into the second set, winning 25-22. However, Goshen responded by taking the third and fourth sets with scores of 25-22 and 25-20.

In the decisive fifth set, MVNU dominated with a .467 hitting percentage. Ethan Cline and Jackson Bush delivered the final two kills to secure the win for MVNU. Cline led with a match-high of 17 kills along with five blocks and three digs. Devault contributed ten kills, five digs, and three blocks. Hayvin Larison recorded seven blocks, while Tyler Monnin achieved nine digs. Jaxson Snell provided significant support with 40 assists, seven digs, and six kills.

Following this victory, MVNU faced Bethel University in Mishawaka, Indiana on February 7.
