A+ Autobrokers is opening its doors to the community Saturday, Jan. 17, by offering free meals to families in need.
The event will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the dealership located at 504 W. High St, Mount Vernon.
According to the dealership, the effort is part of the company's commitment to supporting residents, particularly those who may be facing financial challenges. The meal is available to anyone, with no questions asked and no requirements to meet. The goal, they said, is simply to ensure that no family goes without a warm dinner.
"We believe in taking care of our community — especially families who may need a little extra support. That’s why we’re hosting a FREE MEAL for families in need," the company stated in its announcement. "No questions asked. No judgment. Just neighbors helping neighbors."
Residents are encouraged to spread the word to ensure the event reaches those who need it most.
A+ Autobrokers described the event as part of its ongoing mission to give back to Mount Vernon and the surrounding areas.
"Together, we can make a difference," the company said.
By hosting the free meal, A+ Autobrokers joins a growing number of community partners working to provide relief and support to those in need. Last month, the dealership also proudly took part in the 44th Annual Food for the Hungry Drive.
