Two Saturdays away from Christmas is still plenty of time to shop for gifts. Come to the Christmas Gift Bazaar at the Martinsburg Activity Center on Saturday, Dec. 13, and enjoy shopping.
Angry Acres Farm and Martinsburg Activity Center will be hosting the bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 122 West Liberty Street, Martinsburg. The organizers promised that there would be lots of items to choose from.
"Come shop for all your last-minute gifts and find something special for everyone on your list!" the hosts said. "From unique handmade goods to festive holiday treasures, this is the perfect place to wrap up your Christmas shopping."
Dozens of vendors will be at the bazaar to showcase their items for the adults' Christmas gift shopping. But "Santa and Mr. Claus will be there too," according to Angry Acres Farm.
The organizers promised it would be a "fun-filled day of holiday shopping." Additionally, to keep the season of gift-giving joyful for all, the organizers are reminding everyone to watch out for scammers and have provided specific contact persons for the event.
"Please beware of scammers trying to sell vendor spaces or ask for payments. The only people you should communicate with regarding this event are: Amy from the Martinsburg Activity Center, Angry Acres Farm," the announcement stated. "If anyone else contacts you about paying for a spot, it is not legitimate. Don’t fall for it!"
Angry Acres Farm produces goat milk soap, lotion, lip balm, beard care, and other skin care products using fresh milk from its Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats that are raised on its Knox County farm.
Martinsburg Activity Center is a community event venue available for private rentals and public gatherings. It hosts celebrations like birthdays, weddings, reunions, and graduations, and also offers community programming such as square-dancing nights, yard sales, and seasonal bazaars.
