Women’s Volleyball Team | MVNU

The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's volleyball team concluded its regular season with a decisive victory over the University of Saint Francis. The match, held in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on November 5, ended with MVNU sweeping USF in three sets. The scores were 25-12, 25-16, and 25-20.

MVNU's performance was marked by a team hitting percentage of .366 compared to USF's .118. Libby Evanshine led with 12 kills and a .346 hitting percentage. Evelyn Brown contributed 11 kills and achieved a .733 hitting percentage. Faith Maloney added nine kills with a .467 hitting rate. Eliana Morgan recorded five blocks, while Jaelyn Tang had 18 digs. Reagan Nuss provided 31 assists and nine digs.

Looking ahead, MVNU will participate in the Crossroads League Tournament Quarterfinals as the No. 2 seed. They are set to face No. 7 Bethel University at Ariel Arena on November 8 at 6:00 p.m.
