The City of Mount Vernon has announced a road closure on N Norton St, between W Burgess St and W Pleasant St. The closure is due to milling and asphalt pavement work. The road will remain accessible for emergency vehicles.
The closure will begin on September 22, 2025, at 8:00 AM and is expected to end on September 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The work is being carried out by Smalls Paving.
