The Sheetz on 21st Street in Newark will host a community car show to raise funds for its annual Sheetz for the Kids program, which provides Christmas gifts for local children.
The show, which will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., will be held at the Evans Athletic Complex located at 948 Sharon Valley Rd, Newark, OH 43055.
This year’s goal is to raise $2,500 to help brighten the holidays for 16 families in the area. Spectators are welcome to attend the car show for free, while individuals can enter their vehicles, such as bikes, cars, or trucks, for $20 each.
Participants will have a chance to win the grand prize — a week of free breakfast at Sheetz. All proceeds from the event will go directly toward meeting the $2,500 goal for this year’s Christmas gift giveaway.
Community members are encouraged to bring family and friends and enjoy a classic car show for a good cause.
