The YMCA is inviting the community to enjoy the summer at their lively Cardio Drum and Groove Luau Party. To embrace the island theme, guests are encouraged to wear their best beach or luau gear—think grass skirts, flower leis, and bright tropical prints.

Scheduled for Friday, July 25 at the English Gym, this unique one-hour fitness experience blends high-energy cardio drumming with island rhythms, upbeat music, and a fun beach party atmosphere.
The cost is just $5 for members and $10 for non-members, making it an accessible way to stay fit and socialize.
Participants can look forward to an exciting workout session led by the Y’s skilled instructors, along with special guest instructor Tasha.
