Jarrett B. Helming DO Orthopaedic Surgery | Knox Community Hospital

The Knox Community Hospital is hosting a free event titled "Doc Talk" on Thursday, March 20, from 5 to 6 PM. The session will be led by Dr. Jarrett Helming, who is offering the Anterior Hip Replacement surgery. This procedure is described as less invasive and allows patients to return home the same day. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the surgery and determine if they qualify.

The event is open to the public and will take place in the Knox Medical Center Education Resource Room. This location is situated in a one-story building on the left upon entering the KCH main campus, directly across from the main hospital building.

Dr. Helming has been part of the Department of Specialty Care - Orthopaedics/Sports Medicine team at Knox Community Hospital since November 2013. He completed his residency at POH Regional Medical Center Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program in Pontiac, Michigan, after obtaining his doctorate in Osteopathy from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Following his residency, he pursued a one-year fellowship at Virginia Hospital Center/Nirschl Orthopaedic Center specializing in Sports Medicine Orthopaedic Surgery.
