PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ROOF REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Knox County Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals for roof replacement and installation located at Opportunity Knox, 17604 Coshocton Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio, 43050. If interested, bid specifications and/or details are available from the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, 117 East High Street, 4th floor, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, attention Renee Gilbert, Renee.Gilbert@jfs.ohio.gov.

All proposals shall be submitted to the OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, 117 EAST HIGH STREET, SUITE 161, MOUNT VERNON, OHIO 43050. Bids shall close on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 10:45 a.m. and will be opened immediately thereafter at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
KCJFS and the Knox County Board of Commissioners are tax-exempt. Award notification will be made upon the board’s decision/approval.
All proposals shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the bidder.
