Ohio EPA reached a settlement with Asphalt Materials, Inc. for past violations of Ohio’s hazardous waste program discovered at the facility located at 219 1/2 W High St, Edison, Ohio 43320. The settlement requires Asphalt Materials, Inc. to pay a civil penalty in the amount of $3,200.00 which will be deposited in the environmental protection remediation fund.
