Embark on a culinary adventure with Chef Nav as you explore the rich flavors and techniques of Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine.
Chinese Foodways with Chef Nav will take place on Monday, March 3, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with doors opening at 4:15 p.m. It will be held at the Knox Memorial Building, located at 112 East High Street, Mount Vernon, OH 43050. Participants should enter the building via the West Side door (Box Office) and take the elevator or stairs to the Lower Level, where the Commercial Kitchen/Banquet Room is located.
This hands-on experience will allow you to learn classic Chinese dishes with all cooking supplies and food provided. Only 20 individuals can participate in this event. Each attendee must complete a separate registration form. If you find you cannot attend, please cancel to allow others the opportunity to join.
