For those seeking an evening of culture and entertainment, MTVarts presents "A Night of One-Acts 2025," set to take place at the warehouse14 Pop Up Blackbox at 14 East Ohio Avenue in Mount Vernon, OH.
This event will run on Jan. 11, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and on Jan. 12, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with tickets priced at $10.
The line-up includes three one-act plays: "I THINK YOU THINK I LOVE YOU," a comedy by Kelly Younger directed by Gabrielle Fuller, featuring Leah Miller as Branwyn and Christopher Hartman as Mark; "LOCKDOWN," a drama by Douglas Craven directed by Mary Harris, with a cast including Kale Oswalt as Adam, Madison Sichina as Sarah, Devyn Hall as Mark, Bella Oster as Chelsea, Gabrielle Fuller as Tyler, Kiarah Smith as Liz, Reese Ferenbaugh as Phil, Lanah Andrews as Grade Nine Girl, and Kylie Stadler Hoam as Mrs. Karsh; and "BAKE OFF," a comedy by Sheri Wilner directed by Christopher J. Hartman, featuring Mason Mickley as Paul and William Hartman as The Pillsbury Doughboy, with the role of Rita to be determined. Please be aware that "LOCKDOWN" features intense situations and some use of strong language, and may not be suitable for children under 12.
