NOTICE BY PUBLICATION 

To: Ryan M. Belcher, the unknown spouse of Ryan M. Belcher, Kelly Jo Belcher and the unknown spouse of Kelly Jo Belcher: 

You are hereby notified that you have been named as a defendant in a legal action entitled Christopher Belcher, Administrator of the Estate of Joseph Belcher, Plaintiff vs Christopher Scott Belcher, et al. This action has been assigned Case Number 20131150A and is pending in the Probate Court of Knox County, Ohio at 111 East High Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. 

The object of the complaint is for the Probate Court to authorize and Order the sale of certain real estate owned by the decedent, Joseph A. Belcher, and other defendants. Said real estate is known as 101 McGibney Road, Mount Vernon, Knox County, Ohio and as Knox County Auditor’s Permanent Parcel No.’s 12-00088.000 and 12-00089.000. The Instrument Reference is Official Record Volume 1798, Page 343, Knox County, Ohio Recorder’s Office. Said Real Estate is described as follows: 

Situated in the, County of 

Knox, in the State of Ohio, 

and in the Township of Clinton: 

Being in Quarter 1, Township 6, Range 13, U.S.M. Lands and more particularly described as being lots 3 and 4 in Amstutz Sub-Division as designated on the Plat of said Sub-Division as recorded in Volume 3, Page 81 of the Knox County, Ohio, Plat Records. 

You are required to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for three successive weeks. The last publication will be made December 21, 2024 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date. 

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
