If appraised value is greater than $10,000.00 but </=200,000.00 required deposit is $200,000.00 required deposit is $5,000.00. If appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 required deposit is $10,000.00. Balance of purchase is due on delivery of deed pursuant to court order.
