He Stopped Past the Stop Bar North on North Park Street to Turn Right Onto Coshocton Avenue. He Then Proceeded To Back Into Jonathan Bates and Sarah Bates, Who Were in a Blue Nissan Sentra With Ohio Registration Hxj2549. William Then Drove Away From the Scene. I Made Contact With Jonathan and Sarah in the Rural King Parking Lot. Their Vehicle Had Damage to the Front Right Corner. I Made Contact With William and Him and His Father Came to the Police Department With the Chevy Impala. William Admitted to Driving And Backing Up at That Light but Did Not Believe He Hit Them. William Had Slight Damage in the Location Where He Would Have Hit the Nissan. Jonathan Had Dash Camera Footage Showing the Crash and Did Show William Backing Into Their Vehicle. William Was Issued a Traffic Citation For Starting and Backing Vehicles. |
