| Narrative | On 6-20-24 at Approximately 6:21 P.m., I (Ptl. Cochran) Was Dispatched to a Possible Two two-vehicle accident With Injury in the 100 Block of Coshocton Avenue. Once on Scene It Was Determined to Be Just a Property Damage Accident. I Made Contact With With the Unit 1, Mikayla Little, Who Was Operating a Black, Jeep With With Ohio License Plate Number Hna8718. She Stated That She Was Pulling Out of the Th Parking Lot of Super 8 and Failed to See Unit 2, Charles Blevins Iii, Who Was Operating a White, Dodge, With Ohio License Plate Number Jkk1027. Traveling West/east Bound on Coshocton Avenue. Unit 1 Struck Unit 2 in the Front Right Passenger Side. Both Vehicles Sustained Disabling Damage. After Speaking With Charles He Stated That He Doesn't Have Car Insurance. I Ran Charles Through Leads and Confirmed Through Dispatch That Charles Was Suspended for Fra Suspension and Also Had a Warrant Out of Knox County for FTA on Driving Under Suspension. Charles Was Placed Under Arrest for the Warrant and Transported by Ptl. Perry. I Issued Little a Citation for Drive Onto Road/ Duty to Yield Ord. 331.22. |
