The Mount Vernon City School District has issued a reminder for parents to log in to their OneView Parent Portal accounts to complete the necessary online forms for their students. All parents are required to fill out two mandatory forms, with additional forms available as needed.

According to a news release by Mount Vernon City Schools, each school year, parents must update the emergency medical form and district authorizations form. The free and reduced lunch form is crucial to ensure that the school district can continue providing free breakfast and lunch to all students this year. The forms are confidential.

An additional athletics form must be submitted for middle and high school athletes, according to the news release.

The contact information on student emergency medical forms should be verified, with updated email addresses, cell phone numbers, and any address changes made. The school district uses this contact information to reach parents and guardians through its communication system.

Parents with students new to the school district who have completed the enrollment form must still log back into the OneView Parent Portal to review the emergency medical form and complete other necessary forms. Guidelines and instructions are available on the school district website's Parents Resources page.
