James Frazee | Provided

James Otto Frazee, 78, of Adena, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio. He was born June 30, 1945, in Coshocton County, Ohio, a son of the late Harley and Stela Donaldson Frazee.

James was a retired employee of Rolls Royce in Mt. Vernon. After retiring, James moved to Florida and enjoyed 12 great years living on the Gulf of Mexico, cruising around on his boat. He came back to Ohio to build his dream home log cabin.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by six brothers, Robert, Roscoe, Roy, Forrest, Lloyd, and Raymond Frazee; and one sister, Ellen Carr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Patti Jeanne Fleshman Frazee; four sons, Dan (Michelle) Frazee, Joe Frazee, Sonny (Ginny) Noon, and Mark Noon; two grandchildren, Marc Frazee and Logan (Dominique) Noon; four brothers, John (Kay) Frazee, Edward Frazee, Ralph (Judy) Frazee, and Paul Frazee; three sisters, Deanna DeVore, Dottie (Leonard) Dickerson, and Ruth Meyers.

Honoring James' wishes, there will be no funeral services. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 1 p.m. at the Bladensburg School.

Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.
