On Sunday, December 10, 2023 a deputy received a call from a individual wanting to speak to a deputy about a verbal dispute that occurred at her residence between her and husband. Contact was made with both parties involved and a report was written for documentation.

Caller reported an abandoned U-Haul trailer on his property. It was discovered the trailer was stolen. The trailer was towed and a report was completed for documentation.

On 12/11/2023 Deputies were dispatched to Van Winkle Rd. to investigation a disturbance. Complainant stated that her grandson was throwing things around the house. Once on scene deputies spoke with all parties involved and a report was taken. Nothing further at this time.

On December 11, 2023 the Knox County Sheriff's Office was contacted by a resident on Jones Avenue in Centerburg reporting a burglary. Deputies arrived on scene and cleared the residence. Deputies determined that no one had made entry into the residence but did shatter the front door window. A report was taken for documentation of the incident.

On December 11, 2023 the Knox County Sheriff's Office was contacted by an individual in crisis. The caller advised that he wanted to drive into a tree to kill himself then hung up with the dispatch center. A family member then called into the Sheriff's Office and stated that they found the individual with their crashed vehicle at the intersection of Danville Amity Road and Monroe Mills Road. The individual was transported to the Knox Community Hospital and pink slipped.

On December 11, 2023 deputies were dispatched to a residence on Lakeview Heights Dr. Howard, Ohio on a female who had intentionally cut herself. Deputies arrived on scene and began their investigation. Eastern Knox County EMS treated her injury and transported her to KCH where she was pink slipped by deputies.
