On the above date, I responded to back up Fredericktown Police Department on the report of an intoxicated male at the Rite Aid in Fredericktown, Ohio. I was familiar with the subject that was intoxicated and in the past I have had a decent communication relationship with.

On the above date, the Ohio State Highway Patrol requested assistance from the Sheriffs Office to dispatch an injured deer. The deer was located and dispatched. A report was generated for documentation.

The complainant reported a deer that appeared to have expired on his property due to an automobile accident. The complainant requested a deer slip for the deceased deer. A deer slip was issued and a report was generated for documentation.
