On 11/15/2023, I was dispatched to a stolen vehicle complaint on Beckley Rd. Dispatch advised that the caller discovered his Dodge Challenger missing this morning. I was advised that the caller was a work and needed to speak by phone. I made contact with the victim/complainant by phone.
