| Narrative | Unit 1 was traveling eastbound on East High Street. Unit 2 was stopped northbound on South Edgewood Road at East High Street. Unit 2 crossed over the intersection to continue northbound onto North Edgewood Road. Unit 1 operator indicated that he nearly struck Unit 2. Unit 1 turned northbound onto North Edgewood Road into the southbound lane of travel. Unit 1 accelerated and passed Unit 2. Unit 1 then abruptly applied his brakes and was struck in the rear-end by Unit 2. |
