Tena l. Bush, 63 of Mount Vernon passed away on September 19, 2023 at Knox Community Hospital. She was born on October 4, 1959 to Joseph and Barbara (Kieffer) Yoder in Findlay, OH.

Tena was a member of the Local Steel Workers Union and employed by AMG in Mount Vernon. She was a member of the Archaeological Society and enjoyed collecting arrow heads with her husband Sam. She was a mother of 3 children. She loved animals and enjoyed gardening.

Tena is survived by her husband Samuel U. Bush; children Samuel Herbert Bush, David Davidson, Bree McCollum; her Mother Barbara Yoder; and a brother Larry Yoder.

Tena was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Yoder.

Calling hours was be Friday, September 29, 2023 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm at Dowds ~ Snyder Funeral Home, 201 Newark Road, Mount Vernon, OH 43050. Graveside services was followed at Mount Liberty Cemetery.
